Hello, Jazzgirl!
Thank you kindly for the link!
I clicked on the link to see the gadgets but my browser "needed" access to my contacts and photos etc!
I have never had that before, and declined.
I have "Brave" as my browser, which I like a lot.
It is as good as Chrome but also has an in-built "ad-blocker" which is a great idea, I think.
I get no ads at all with it.
Great weather here!

hello rusty
You were sensible to decline to share contacts and photos. I have not come across that request before..

I am watching Nadal, but his OCD seems to have worsened with his superstitious 'tics' . I will have to watch a different match

Hello, Jazzgirl!
Yes, not a good idea to let a browser access your info.
I remember Nadal and his wee idiosyncrasies!
Now, if you had Sky Sports you could watch the golf from Donegal!
Great weather there and even better scenery!

Good afternoon, Rusty!
That is good that you had a good time at the Pine Cone!
Yes, Currys will easily keep for another day!
That will make yet another outing!
I am sorry you failed in your attempt to view the water-saving gadgets!
JG and I did try to help you!
Our links were the same.......her later link simply a page further on .....
I cannot offer another alternative?
But it may well be that some of the freebie devices are already within your household equipment - like how the toilet flushes, for instance?
We found that not many of the offered "freebies" were even applicable / necessary to our systems, as we had them incorporated already.
I was most disappointed to miss seeing the end of Wawrinka's match....it wasn't shown on the BBC channels nor the RB!
Sadly he lost the interrupted set, so losing the match.
I'm tempted to think he would have taken that third set, had rain not stopped play at such a crucial point last night!
Ah well, c'est la vie!
Enjoy the golf at Ballyliffin!

Hello, Jazzy!
I am flicking between Rafa's match - his little fetishes do not trouble me! - and keeping an eye on Novak!

Hi Elle
Nadal's superstions are now over 10 which he carries out even during the breaks, and once I noticed them, I feel uneasy watching. That's just me. (I have a couple of friends who do much the same and I wish I could help them. It is difficult though )

I have just been told of an earthquake here in Surrey last night. I did not know, but there were very noisy fireworks coming from Hampton Court Palace, so some of the bangs keeping me awake could have been eminating from the quake !

Hello, Elle!
Pine Cone was great!
Had a chat with one of the waitresses as soon as I heard her accent.
She's from Portadown in Norn Iron.
Very nice lady!
My son, he is a plumber, installed my bathroom/toilet, and kitchen plumbings and fittings, also boiler and radiators.
So, I am in good hands regarding efficient water works!
The golf is fine!
One of the players, Paul McGinley, who also commentates, had a short video clip of the scenery in Inishowen and a bit further South on the Wild Atlantic Way.
It was fantastic. (Wondering if it will appear on YouTube?).
He even took us to his favourite pub in Inishowen for lunch (might be something to do with his picture being up on the wall!)
Paul is a Dub, but his father is a Donegal man, not sure about his mother.
He lives in Sunningdale, now.

Hi, Rusty!
Yes, your plumbing will be of the very best....I do not think you need worry about water-saving gadgets!
And at least you will always have good advice , too, should you ever come up against the equivalent of a TW official!!
Now...the tennis!
Rafa and Novak are both through to the third rounds
Rafa's match had some brilliant moments; his opponent Kukushkin played well!
Novak had it much easier, but seems to have a thigh problem?
I didn't watch Novak's match in its entirety, as I stayed with Rafa....so do not know if this is a serious injury.......
Now for the big upset of the day...and possibly of the tournament!
Marin Cilic, after being two sets up, yesterday, before the rain , lost today's resumed match to Pella!
Quite a shock !
Your golf sounds good...and the scenery wonderful!
I shall have another wander the Wild Atlantic Way this evening!

Hello, Jazzgirl!
There has been quite a number of (small) earthquakes of late in Surrey, hasn't there?
About six or seven in the last month?
Do you notice them happening at the time?
Is this a potential structural problem?

Hello Elle
I had no idea of any of the earthquakes until a friend in Dorset messaged me today asking if I was affected. But after googling I found there had been several near Dorking.
When I was in Tokyo, there was a minor earthquake which I only heard about on my return to the UK. At the time of the quake, my group and I were on a very shaky bus journey so any possible tremors we would have thought was the bus !
I like to live dangerously !

Jazzgirl, I agree with you about Nadal. I find it quite uncomfortable (and infuriating) watching him and all his tics. I feel much the same about Johanna Konta's robotic-looking serve - I've always felt there should come a point where the serving action is instinctive.
