Good morning, rackbrain.
Take "I" for "one", and add more than half of the African country Dahomey, and you get I-Daho.
Perhaps you can stop racking now!

I see that Dahomey is in fact now the Republic of Benin.

This clue goes at the head of my "most dubious clue of the year" list.
