Ours definitely WAS non-alcoholic. Last year I bought the concentrate that my granny used to use and had a go at making it - it was OK, but not a patch on the stuff we got decades ago.

in London i used to drink Ginger Beer which was non alcoholic.

My mum (she's 75) does have a glass of Stones ginger wine most days.
