Hello again TommyT. I presume you now know the theme. I was completely ignorant of any of the themed names, but with a bit of googling and some calculated guesses on names, the answers were easy to find. 26dn is the first name (an odd one) of a South African - British composer. She's in Wikipedia.

4D re 16A -- Jules, I assume?

26Dn: can also mean addiction to the the tea equivalent of caffeine. It's in Chambers.

16ac - anagram of never.

4dn: N[ame] on (applied) + anag. of sixteen + CE
