My ears are still ringing from the PDM on “Old VIP”. Otherwise, very gentle stuff. Thanks, Piccadilly.

Gentle fare indeed but just what I needed as I am full of hay fever. I thought that 'Old VIP' was a cracking clue.

Gentle but fun. "Old VIP?" is worthy of Araucaria - praise indeed.

Grunger, nothing to do with the Simpsons. A homer is an antique dry measure. The first syllable of the answer is a synonym for that measure.
